I 'm Lidy. The only one in the family who did not choose a "conventional" profession. Mom says that it could have been "as much" as my sister who became a dentist or my father who is a banker. I completely disagree with her and what I've been doing for the last nine years is: DOING EXACTLY WHAT I LOVE! I have participated in different projects, charmed people and delivered measurable results to costumers. In August of 2016, I moved to Toronto to gain marketing experience locally, learn more, and take on new challenges. I'm looking for a part time position

 

It's a new beginning professionally. My experience so far has been focused on the Brazilian market. I need to build my network with media and suppliers in Toronto, understand the dynamics of the local market and all the possibilities that the plaza offers.

I went through several areas of Marketing. I attended; Media planning; Social media content, email marketing and offline material; Advertising copywriter; Screenwriter of video producer and producer of events. I went through marketing sectors of companies and advertising agency and always growing professionally, accepting new challenges. I served B2B clients such as information technology companies and services (law firms, accounting) as well as B2C clients (Real estate, shopping malls etc). All of this experience helped me to take a holistic and strategic view of marketing; Made me realize that the success of a product or service is the result of an engagement between multi-areas and not just a fat budget and creative action; I learned that each segment has its own specificity and it needs to be respected, as well as the beliefs and customs of each consumer, that the revenue from "conventional marketing actions" is expired, and that "positive impact actions" have taken their place. After all, consumers deserve unforgettable memories and yearn for an emotional connection with the product they consume.

I believe

... that everything can and should be measured; As important as planning is execution (Ram Charan said in http://bit.ly/Ll3F8z); That having people with different points of view is something positive; A team work brings more consistent results and that loving your work environment makes you more productive and motivated. So do something you love and all the compensation will be a consequence.
